There are now two ways to order our furniture.
1 – On the ‘Online Shop’, you can choose a piece of furniture from our flagship products, or create the piece of furniture of your choice using the configurator. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or cheque if you live in France.
2 – Contact us using the contact form or by telephone. We’ll talk to you if you need any further information.
We draw up your quote and send it to you by e-mail. To validate the order, you return the signed quotation, or you give us your agreement by return e-mail, quoting the quotation number.
If you are paying by cheque, we require two cheques. The first cheque represents 30% of the order. It will be deposited on receipt and validates your order. The second cheque will only be deposited once we have received your furniture.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will ask you for a deposit to validate your order, and for the balance to be paid before your furniture leaves our premises.
We will inform you at each stage that we have received your payment.
