Built to meet the needs of its users, this painting easel features three complementary work surfaces that adapt to different techniques and working styles.

The top tray

Equipped with height-adjustable top tray offers multiple tilt positions, allowing comfortable work whether sitting or standing. For watercolor painting, a gentle incline between 20° and 45° is recommended. This slight tilt lets water and pigments flow naturally across the surface. A lower angle offers greater control, while steeper angles create more fluid effects and visible drips. The tray adjusts easily and locks securely, ensuring a stable surface that allows free movement without shoulder strain.

The side tray

Sliding out to the left or right (41 cm extension), the side tray functions as a practical table, offering space for brushes, watercolours, palettes, water cups, cloths, sponges, or sketching pencils. This tray also accommodates the optional auxiliary shelf, adding flexibility to your setup. Depending on the model, the side tray height is 91 cm for the 101 cm unit and 85 cm for the 95 cm unit.

The lower shelf

The lower shelf slides forward to create an additional surface for tools and materials. It also allows you to sit comfortably while working, making long creative sessions more enjoyable.

Storage configuration

Configured with drawer modules 9 and 2 selected from 13 available options, this easel is particularly well suited for watercolours, ink, acrylics, and similar techniques. The integrated drawers keep supplies organized, protected, and always within reach.

Mobility

Because light is essential to any creative process, all our easels are equipped with sturdy, non-marking castors. These double-roller castors make the easel extremely easy to move, allowing you to position it wherever lighting conditions are best.
