The MAC M+ : Medium Sewing Cabinet

Born from a practical necessity that grew into a passion for sewing, the design of the MAC M+ : Medium Sewing Cabinet combines creativity with technical expertise.

Finding a comfortable, practical and clutter-free setup isn’t always easy.

With this sewing cabinet, featuring two side shelves, we’ve designed a highly functional piece of furniture. This means you can easily use both a sewing machine and a serger, while keeping all your materials within easy reach.

Sewing involves more than just stitching. You also need space to unfold, trace, cut, pin, assemble… and store everything neatly.

A True Cutting Table

The top of this sewing cabinet unfolds into a large 53 x 39 in (134 x 100 cm) work surface. It folds away easily, for compact storage. Two height options,  37 in and 39.5 in (94cm and 100 cm), let you  choose the ideal level for cutting fabrics comfortably and efficiently.

Two Side Trays 

The two side trays let you use a sewing machine and other equipment at the same time. You can place a serger or a computer on the trays, making it easier to work with digital tools. On the 37‑inch unit, they measure 34 in and 32 in (87 cm and 82 cm), and on the 39‑inch unit, 36 in and 34 in (91 cm and 86 cm). The two trays slide out and extend 27 in (68 cm).

The lower tray

Essential tools such as a tape measure, scissors and tailor’s chalk should always be within reach. By sliding the lower tray forward 16in (41 cm), you can keep these tools handy while you work.

With three separate workstation, the Mac M+: medium sewing cabinet is perfect for organizing sewing sessions for two or even three people.

Storage

Our drawers have no stops. As a result, they can be easily removed and placed on any of the four sliding trays. 14 drawer modules are available. Thanks to a variety of sizes, the cabinet can be perfectly adapted to your storage  needs. It’s ideal for organizing small tools, patterns, threasds, fabrics and more.

This sewing cabinet is displayed here, configured with module n°11, module n°5, module n°6, and a half shelf. The bottom shelf offers 12.7 in (32.2 cm) of height, and a sewing machine can be easily inserted from the side of the cabinet.

Versatility

Thanks to its heavy-duty, non-marking casters, the sewing cabinet moves smoothly and safely, so you can place it in the perfect spot for light. This also makes it simple to shift the cabinet around your room and tuck it away when not in use.
