The cutting and assembly table

A cutting table for book restoration and book binding must first provide excellent stability. It must be perfectly flat and well lit to ensure precise work. The generous dimensions of the main worktop offer a comfortable surface and an ideal working height. As a result, this table is perfectly suited for cutting bookbinding boards, foam boards, bubble wrap and other conservation materials.

In addition, the surface allows you to work ergonomically with marbled endpapers and delicate sheets, while maintaining full control of each movement.+

The two side trays

The lateral trays can accomodate a wide range of equipment. These include presses, sewing frames for bindings, cords and threads, magnifying tools and spray bottles. This layout kepp essentials tools within easy reach, while preserving a clear and organised central workspace.

Two lower trays

Smaller tools such as knives, scissors, brushed, awl and punches can be placed on the lower sliding trays. By moving these tools off the main work surface, the table remains fully available for books ans materials in progress. This improves both efficiency and comfort.

This workshop table offers flexible storage options, accomodating 1 to 6 drawer modules chosen from a range of 14 different confiugrations to store most of your equipment. By selecting the appropriate drawers, you can easily organise cutters, glues, adhesives, measuring tools, spools of thread, binding screws, rulers and sanding blocks.

Mobility

Althought this table offers a large working surface, mobility remains an essential feature of workshop furniture. High-quality castors allow the table to be moved easily. This makes it possible to orient the table  to benefit from the best natural or artificial light. It also allows the table to be placed at the center of the room when space permits. As a result, several people can work comfortably around the table at the same time.

Designed for shared work, this book restoration workshop table XL features two facing workstations, creating an ideal setup for collaborative tasks in professional workshops, libraries and conservation studios.
